Meet The Team

David Weinstock

Principal & Founder

Dave has over two decades of experience as an investor and developer.

In addition to acquiring existing multifamily properties, David's development projects have spanned new residential subdivisions, adaptive reuse projects, and urban infill.

Prior to transitioning into real estate full-time, he was a part of multiple consulting startups including 3 successful exits by acquisition.

Dave has an undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Marketing and Small Business Management and an MBA from Babson College. He previously served on the Project Management Institute’s Certification Governance Committee and held prior CAPM and PMP designations.

Bobby Hall

Acquisitions

Bobby is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing new investments.  

Prior to DWC, Bobby was the Director of Acquisitions at a Florida-based real estate private equity firm focused on multifamily acquisition and development in the Southeast. In that capacity, he played a lead role in originating, evaluating, and executing 7 acquisitions totaling over 1,580 units and $248M in capitalization. 

Previously, he began his career in portfolio management at a REIT where he was responsible for supporting the operations and disposition of a portfolio of industrial and office properties.   Bobby holds a BS in Business Management from Babson College.

Ian Chester, CIAA

Capital Markets & Investor Relations

Ian has over a decade of experience in the real estate investment space with expertise that covers equity and debt capitalization, deal sourcing, asset management, and investor relations.

Prior to joining DWC, Ian was Chief Operating Officer at a financial services consulting firm that supported investment sponsors in their capital formation efforts in the RIA and institutional channels. Previously, Ian was Vice President of Business Development at a prominent real estate sponsor that facilitated over $25 billion in equity investment during his tenure.

He received his MBA from Babson College - FW Olin Graduate School of Business and his BA from Drew University. Ian holds Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses, previously held Series 3 and Series 30 licenses, and is a CAIA Charterholder.
